As said Brian, the concept is that changes in hobix.yaml will impact all
pages of your site. Thus they are usefull to give the look-and-feel of
your site.
Then each page type/page type modification should go in the skel file
relative to the page type you want to change: it allows to have
fine-grained style modifications ;)
