I've just added a third timestamp setting to all Hobix types.  This 
timestamp is used internally by Hobix and, come to think of it, has been 
much needed.  To be clear, the three settings are:

  created:: The date you initially created the entry.
  modified:: The latest date of revision.
  updated:: The latest date of requested regeneration.

If you modify an entry using `hobix post', both modified and updated are 
brought current.  But if you touch the file, only the `updated' field is 
brought current.  This allows you to do minor revisions without 
effecting the RSS modification date.  I don't like how RedHanded pushes 
entries up based on the file modification time.

Also, I've fixed a bug that was slowing down upgens.  Should be snappy now.
