Is it just me or do none of the previous layout examples work any more
in 0.8?
I'm just starting a project with a new client, and I want to get their
design in there... but its proving very difficult.
simple-layout doesn't seem to be defined any more, and even a very
simple example e.g.:
<def tag="page" extend-with="my-app">
<page-without-my-app layout="aside" merge>
<header:>
header..
</header>
</page-without-my-app>
</def>
brings up an error: undefined method `page_without_my_app'
Would be great if someone in the know could post a working example.
