Hi Everyone, I've come back to Hobo after a bit of a break, & thought it would be a good idea to work through the Agility Tutorial again, but apply the principles to my own application, which in fact is much simpler.
Here is the simple set up: Models: class Category < ActiveRecord::Base ... has_many :contacts, :dependent => :destroy ... & class Contact < ActiveRecord::Base ... belongs_to :category ... Controllers: class ContactsController < ApplicationController hobo_model_controller auto_actions :all, :except => :index auto_actions_for :category, :create ... & class CategoriesController < ApplicationController hobo_model_controller auto_actions :all, :except => :index ... What I want is when I am entering a new Contact, I want an in-line form on the same page to enter a new Category, if I want a new one at that point in time. It should be easy but cannot crack it !
