Thanks for the recipe. I have spent quite a bit of time trying this out, alas no success yet. When the files are imported into Heroku the system can't find the Hobo gem - using Heroku to install the 3 hobo gems doesn't work for me; they seem to end up where the system can't find them. Anybody else have this issue? I would expect that Hobo may need to be installed as a plugin, then uploaded??
