Let's say I'm starting from the Rapid "clean" theme where everything on a page descends from the <page> tag (or maybe the <index-page> tag also?)
I'd like to add an extra <div> wrapper or two around the overall content -- i.e. just inside the <body> tag. How can that override be added whilst keeping the existing page content? What would you do in the dryml markup to achieve that?
