Just to let you know I just pushed an update to the taglib reference on cookbook.hobocentral.net
8 of the 12 libraries now have docs for every tag. That's not quite the same as saying "8 of the 10 libraries are fully documented" - improvements will come over time, but at least there is something there for each tag.
