Hobo has an extra callback which is for exactly these kind of  
situations - after_user_new

You should instantiate (but not save) the company in there. I can't  
remember off hand if you'll need another callback to make sure it gets  
saved (e.g. after_create) or whether active record will save the  
company automatically when you save the user. I guess it depends on  
what kind of association it is between them
