OK - Problem found - it was due to the ssl_required plugin switching, as it needs :do_reset_password to be included in the list off ssl pages.
Next problem - now, for some reason I get undefined method `user_reset_password_url' from the email template. If I define reset_password this works but gives me validation errors on page load, i.e. before the user has a chance to enter a new password... strange!
