ok, you're right. when I migrate after making the above changes,
hobo_migration wants to drop project_id, and I imagine it doesn't have
a user_id either. how can i force it to have those since it usually
figures out it needs them on its own and adds them since it's
automatically dropping them during hobo_migrations?
