I had to go to http://ckeditor.com/ instead of
http://www.fckeditor.net/download.
Also, what I added to application.dryml was this:
<extend tag="page">
<old-page merge>
<after-scripts:>
<javascript name="ckeditor/ckeditor"/>
<javascript name="load_ckeditor"/>
</after-scripts:>
</old-page>
</extend>
Besides that, it seems to work like a champ!
