working my way through the book, slowly but surely.
and i can tell people here are very friendly.

i looked at the screencast, it seems quite in sync with the  
instructions.
updated instructions will be very welcome.

maybe tomov is interested in providing the change to pass the  
necessary values.
i like the drop-in ability of the current implementation on the server  
side. adds slick=polish=good coding (yes/no?)
