The good news is we defined a bunch of styles that can be changed globally:
DRYML Hobo Command Filename Code Body Title A Title B Sub Title etc... Of course, DRYML is "Code" so we can merge these if desired. The bad news is I am ambivalent about what works best. What is good in color is not necessarily good in B & W. What is good in an eBook...blah, blah... Anyone have favorite or recommended styles? Do you prefer Pragmatic Bookshelf, Manning, Apress, or another? Of course these can vary from book to book...
