The good news is we defined a bunch of styles that can be changed
globally:

DRYML
Hobo Command
Filename
Code
Body
Title A
Title B
Sub Title
etc...

Of course, DRYML is "Code" so we can merge these if desired.

The bad news is I am ambivalent about what works best. What is good
in color is not necessarily good in B & W. What is good in an
eBook...blah, blah...

Anyone have favorite or recommended styles? Do you prefer Pragmatic
Bookshelf, Manning, Apress, or another?

Of course these can vary from book to book...

Thanks,

Owen
