in: class TaskAssignment there is belongs_to :user, :index => 'assignment_user_join_index' and belongs_to :task, :index => 'assignment_task_join_index' but those are index's, so that does not seem to validate the "naming an association table with the combination of model names separated by an underscore:" jet
