It has, as Tom says, quite a lot in common with Stack Overflow but it also includes an XMPP-based real time element called Happy To Help. One of the key features is subject based routing. When a new question is asked on a particular subject everybody who is logged in who has expressed an interest in that subject (via their profile) will be able to offer to provide help in real time. So before we can start using it in earnest we need to choose a starting set of subjects (we can easily add, delete or rename subjects in future via the admin interface).
