Page 163: 2. Working with the <field-list> tag. The autogenerated code does not include a category_assignments attribute in the <form> definition code, yet the drop down box appears to work OK.
I also noticed earlier references in the text to category_assignments which were missing on the form. The end result seems to work OK though.
