I'd have to agree with Owen.  I've not found anything that I needed
from plain rails that I couldn't get working just as easily with hobo,
and often easier as I don't have to hunt down forms/partials/multiple
pages to insert say a tag display/entry form for instance.

Now, with rails going to version 3, it'll probably be a month to 3
before there's a rails 3 compatible hobo (just going off how long it
seemed for the 1.2 -> 2.0 conversion).  But in that time, many plugins
that you'd want/need will be in the same boat as hobo, either
unavailable or unstable.
