This looks interesting. I have TextMate for my Mac, but E Text Editor for Windows uses CgyWin and is not very well supported, IMHO. I know Venka really likes RadRails, and that is enough of an endorsement for me to try it out, and least for Windows work. Aptana is documenting this API and has converted severalr TextMate bundles.
