I'm a long time rails developer that's recently discovered hobo, and
while it's quite interesting, I'm running into some headaches while
trying to put it into use.
One of the first things I noticed was that by default admins were not
presented with a list of users. This was easy to add by setting
auto_actions to :all, but has the side effect that the tab appears for
all users. Now I'm not sure how I should go about addressing this; is
there some kind of setting I can change somewhere, or do I have to
modify the main menu directly?
