to clarify, it works fine in development mode on my local machine, but page headers are missing in either development or production on our staging server. It happened during the course of a minor refactoring, but so far I can't find anything that would have caused it, and like I say, runs fine in development or production on my local machine. Rails and ruby versions are the same.
