It is super easy to add a polymorphic form to a hobo model:

class CommentsController < ApplicationController
  hobo_model_controller
  auto_actions :all
end

Application.dryml:
<extend tag="show-page" for="Painting">
  <old-show-page merge>
    <append-collection-section:>
      <form for="Comment" with="&this.comments.new">
        <field-list:  fields="body" />
        <actions: />
      </form>
    </append-collection-section:>
  </old-show-page>
</extend>

Best regards.
