Paul,

Thanks for letting me know that you are able to reset
admin password. Now I know it is something with my
app.

The email address is correct, and it is not a spam problem.

Not sure what is happening, so I am going to try and use
ruby-debug for the first time. Not quite sure how this is going
to work, since I can't actually send an email from localhost,
but perhaps the problem will reveal itself before that. I have
re-defined 'request_password_reset in the users controller
so I could put a debugger command there. Will be a useful
experiment if nothing else.

Thanks again, your info really helped by letting me know
it is something going on with my app versus a hobo thing.

Cheers,

   Jet
