I am looking at trying to make the Time.zone a little more useful within my application, but can't seem to figure it out currently.
Rails seems to pick up the time from the local users machine, and the output for Time.now is correct, however when displaying time from an objects created_at field, the time shown is always the time set in the config file - which is set at 'UTC' This is not a big issue really, but it would be nice if there was a simple way of any date/time fields being automatically converted to the local user time. Is there a method in Hobo that converts system configuration time to local users time? Thanks Pete -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hobo Users" group.
