Here's the plan.
- 1.0.3 will add support for the "includes" scope, which will behave
exactly the same as the "include" Hobo scope, and not coincidentally,
the same as the "includes" Rails3 scope.
- at some point, we will drop support for the "include" scope, letting
us eliminate some of the nastiness in this area.
Question: when do we drop "include" support? 1.1, 1.3, >1.3?
Question: which patch should be included in which version? I'm
tempted to include my patch (9bb733f7) in 1.0.3. It's not as nice as
Matt's patch, but is closer to the original code. My inclination would
be to include Matt's patch in 1.1. 1.3 wouldn't use either.
