OK!

And the text on the red background at the right side of the file? Have I to
ignore it since the final version 1.3 or is it better to put some dummy-text
for it at this places like TODO?

Don't worry about the PDF, I created that to provide users with an interim
version they could use while we finish...

Hello Owen,

thank you very much.

I think, the newest docx-Version is from Venka. (2011.01.10) Isn't it?

And what means ...draft into tutorial as a PDF? Is this a special version for
special guests?

Torsten,

Can I suggest just sticking with the new "Rapid Rails 3 with Hobo", in which we
will soon merge "Hobo at Work"?

Here is the link for the project and DOCX versions:

https://barquin.lighthouseapp.com/projects/63775/tickets/6-latest-updates-to-rapid-rails-3-with-hobo

We'll keep posts of reported errors there as well.

Thanks,

Owen

Hello Owen,

thank you.

Would you please send me a link where I can download the 2 Hobo-Books from

http://hobocentral.net/books/

as files in doc-Format.

Then I would try to see what is different to the old ones and I would continue
to translate it into the german language.

Torsten,

We are going to include still relevant parts of "Hobo at Work" as the last
section of "Rapid Rails 3 with Hobo", so we won't need to duplicate the
installation instructions. This section is tentatively titled "Hobo Under the
Hood"

Domizio is working on updating the docs at coookbook.hobocentral.net to reflect
1.3 as well.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,

Owen

If not - what is different to the installing routines between the versions of
rails 2?

You may want to roll back to the previous version of Bundler; 1.0.8 appears to
have a bug:

https://github.com/carlhuda/bundler/issuesearch?state=open&q=sanitizer#issue/967

Typing the following at the commandline should help:

gem uninstall bundler
gem install bundler -v 1.0.7

(use sudo as needed if you've installed the original gems as root)
