I've just started using hobo for some fast prototyping work and I have
to say 'hat's off' to the dev team for a first class concept. The
tutorial guide is by far the best I've ever used -- I've written a few
in my days and none come close to your standard.

Right -- I have a question which I am sure is probably obvious but it
is eluding me. The app I am putting together is a simple contacts db,
no problem here, except that one field is populated from data read
from a socket. The problem I am struggling with is how/where to
integrate the ruby code which reads data from the socket and how to
update a control in the view. Any pointers in the right direction
would be very much appreciated.

Steve
