It's likely in an input-many which you'll need to reuse. something like
<input-many><field-list fields="..." /></input-many>
The trick is figuring out how the field-list creates the param names for
each of the items. It's fieldname with - substituted for _ (amongst other
subs but that's the most common) then -view for the display part and -label
for the field label.
