Hi Don, I am using this for one of my sites. I made an extension to this using jQuery that shows help in a post-it note alike area next to the field in question (only showing for the currently active), where mandatory fields are showing help in red writing. Could do other stuff here though, but I haven't needed more. I have moved it all out to be a plugin, but it may not work out-of-the-box. I haven't tried to apply it to any other hobo project yet. If there's interest I could upload it. The only problem being that I am swamped in work, so I can't promise any delivery date...
