Just discovered that several Hobo files weren't getting loaded during
my "broken" set-up wizard attempts. That explains some of the issues
I've been having.

For example: the tutorial was telling me to look for the hobo.en.yml
file to edit my field names. Well, that file didn't exist at the time.
