Unfortunately the script still does not fully prepare the MySQL2 module for hobo. I'm still getting the error:

You can run it later with `hobo g setup_wizard` from the application root dir.) [y|n] y => "y" Could not find gem 'mysql2 (~> 0.2.17) ruby' in any of the gem sources listed in your Gemfile. Run `bundle install` to install missing gems. This happens on a clean install of KUbuntu 11.10 when running the current version of the script as you sent it to me. It might work for that distro but I am not sure.
