You can google for "rails jruby" to find lots of information.   There
are lots of different options with varying levels of complexity.   The
question is "why do you want to use JRuby?"

Often it's because there's already a Java server and IT staff in your
target environment.   In that case you want to package up a WAR file.
 warbler is what you're looking for in that case.
