This error doesn't have anything to do with Hobo.   I'm a Linux man
myself, so I cannot help you.   If the OS X people can't help you, try
googling for your error -- it appears to be a OS X / ruby x / sqlite
error.

One other piece of information that's also likely to help is how you
installed sqlite:  did you use brew or macports or fink or install
from source or ...

If you can't get it fixed, you can always try using a different
database, such as mysql.
