Hobo 1.3 uses Rails 3.0. Hobo 1.4.0.pre7 uses Rails 3.1 and the rails-3.2 branch on http://github.com/tablatom/hobo uses Rails 3.2.
There's no "easy" way to install the rails-3.2 version of Hobo -- the easiest way is to generate a Hobo app using 1.4.0.pre7 and then adjust the Gemfile to point to the rails-3.2 branch.
