Thanks for your help with this. I have tried this and I can't get it to 
take effect.

I have tried the following variations on &root_path:

  '/'
  '&root'
  '&root_path'

I have also tried several placements for the line, inside and outside the 
after-actions block.

Note that this is not an Ajax form - not sure if that makes a difference. I 
can post the whole page definition if that would be interesting.

In all cases, the Cancel button links to the Transaction Sets index page.
