For those of you interested, I have put up a recipe at http://cookbook-1.3.hobocentral.net/recipes/1804-mobile-ipad-friendly-sortable-collections for using using buttons instead of drag and drop for sortable-collections. Does anyone have a better name for this tag than <button-sortable-collection>?
