Ok I'm getting a basic data table, it unsortable etc yet but at least its
something.

How do I pass off options to the data table?

I tried the following, along with some other attempts but haven't gotten
anything to work. So for example to change the titles of the columns in
the table.

 <table-plus fields="this, equipment, submitted_by, status, technician"
 aoColumnDefs="{'sTitle': 'DESC', 'EQP', 'BY','TECH'}" />
