If ~> 2.0.0.pre2 means that it will work with ~> 2.0.0.pre3 and 2.0.0 but not 2.0.1, that's OK for now. If it doesn't work with 2.0.0, we'll have to think of something better.
It's OK if the hobo_bootstrap version number desynchronizes from hobo, although in that case it should probably be significantly different rather than similar...
