Anything in my github repo is open source (and in general on github it's 
supposed to be open source unless a private repo though I'm not sure of the 
license).  In their terms: "By setting your repositories to be viewed 
publicly, you agree to allow others to view and *fork* your repositories." 
(emphasis mine)

I have no license files so if you need something specific, just shoot me an 
email.
