<div> is an unprocessed tag in DRYML, passed straight through to HTML
rather than defined in a DRYML tag library. It should accept a 'part'
attribute, and when I tested it it worked fine. Perhaps there are
situations where it doesn't work. I tend to use <do part="hhhh">
which translates into a div.
