Hi Again!
Now I am totally confused (not an unusual situation);-) . I need to
modify the css for my new site (one page in particular). I can find the
appropriate style lines to change using Firebug and when I change them
there the view changes as needed. Firebug says the style is located in
assets/clean-sidemenu.css but there is no sign of that file anywhere on
my system except in the hobo gem. In fact, the only css/scss files I
can find in the app directory tree are in app/assets/stylesheets and
they say they are manifest files.
Web searches say something about an assets pipeline and precompilation,
which sounds like it will speed up the production site, but I need
access to the plain old css during development.
Help!
Thanks,
Don Ziesig
