Hi All!
I gave up on the internal test of my TablePlusIndex gem and uploaded it
to github. This is a new implementation of the Recipe I posted back in
2011 on hobocentral.net. It is more robust and much easier to use than
the old code with the same functionality.

Anyone who can help me implement the internal testing is welcome.
