Specifically the talks will cover: bio-bricks andstandardisation of parts, design by simulated evolution,modular modeling and formalisms, synthetic clock constructs, energyproduction,advances and strategies in bio-fuels, engineering of synthetic bacterial ecosystems, as well as a discussion of the social context of synthetic biology.
