While trying to install OCaml 3.11.2 I get the same error, even
though C:\cygwin\usr\lib\flexdll\flexlink.exe exists:
$ ./configure
Configuring for a i686-pc-cygwin ...
gcc found
/usr/bin/flexlink: line 2: /usr/lib/flexdll/flexlink.exe: No such file or
directory
/usr/bin/flexlink: line 2: exec: /usr/lib/flexdll/flexlink.exe: cannot
execute: No such file or directory
flexlink not found: native shared libraries won't be available
Unable to compile the test program.
Make sure the C compiler gcc -O is properly installed.
