Yes, I had been meaning to fix this before disappearing on my summer holidays. Thanks to Cris for fixing the Makefile anyway! I will check in such a change soon, but meanwhile OCaml 4.00 has appeared, which needs more Makefile tweaks. (It doesn't make any actual difference versus 3.1x, but the Makefile mistakenly treats it as 3.0x.) So I want to do quite a bit of testing with different OCaml and camlp5 combinations before I check in a definitive fix.
