Public bug reported:
mk-config is jumbling the output when reading the config spec. This
seems to be caused by how "key = None" settings are commented out from
the configspec in configobj and lose the original comment block. This
causes commented out settings to not be associated with the right
comments in several cases.
Also, it was requested that a --terse/--minimal option be supported to
generate configuration without any comments from the configspec.
