On failure all the contents of the xtrabackup log file are logged to
holland.log now, excluding all the xtrabackup iblog tailing lines.

Bug description:
The xtrabackup plugin redirects the stderr output to a logfile as part of the
backup under $backup_directory. However, when things fail the holland log only
sees an unhelpful 'exit code 255' or something similar. It would be much more
helpful if the last several lines of the xtrabackup logs were included in
holland.log.
