Hi Yosy

First of all this is curable
HOWEVER the main reason I moved from
Outlook Express (I always found Outlook too unrelaible)
is that when the mail boxes reach a critical size
the program becomes flakey (in other words it crashes)

1.

So compress and delete

2.

Turn off the option (I think under preferences) to view as
HTML - try and only view as text - sad but safer

2.

Reinstall or upgrade Outlook

3.

Most programs will input outlook emails
and even adresses

4.

I would recommend:

Thunderbird
(part of Mozilla browser)
Mozilla Email component

Qualcomm Eudora
(takes a bit of getting used
but very powerful

or Foxmail or Calypso or . . .

click on where it says download here

http://sourceforge.net/projects/phxmail/
(this is very similar to outlook express)

Take it easy Yosy
You will be back sending messages in no time :-)
