I was looking for this but got lost in lots of other new pages from the
Crusty :-) and amongst other pages came across this:
http://www.cyber-shaktipat.org/relax/proto1/freeflow.htm

WOW! Lob, I love it! Thank you :-)

I love the flowing letters and also the text.
And the jade Ho Shi too.
Is this one of ts's creations?

The page also inspires me to say a bit more about FreeFlow here.

I gave a FreeFlow party this weekend. FreeFlow in action all the way.
People have to get used to it. But it truely works when we can generate
some faith and confidence.
Some weeks ago I started to tell ppl, when i met them that I was going
to give a party. Then a friend said that I could borrow her barbeque, so
this is where it was decided that it would be a barbeque.
So then I asked ppl to bring something to eat and something to drink.
Something in a form and amount that can be shared with others. Either
some meat or fish for on the barbeque, or vegetarian burgers, or
whatever. Or they could chose to make a salad, soup, bring bread, toast,
sauses, or whatever.

Then of course ppl e-mailed and called me about what they should bring.
They expected me to have an overview. But I didn't have an overview and
did not fancy having it either. So... I said to everybody that they
should bring what THEY liked and what they were inspired to make, or
buy, or gather, etc. Anything from some meat to grill to a salad of
veggies from the wild. Same for the drinks. "Bring what you want to
drink." From home made lemonade to a bottle of booze.
I also had no plan as to who would tend to the barbeque, who would do
what, etc.
I had my hands full on getting my house in a state suitable to receive
guests in. and getting my own contributions together.
I made a huge salad from corn pasta with kidney beans, fresh veggies and
Mexican spices and herbs. Totally vegan, organic, wheat free, free of
glutes, sugar, dairy or just about anything else that ppl could have
allergies for or priciples against. So if everything would go wrong we'd
still have food for everybody. LOL!

The party was pure magick. Some ppl I'd expect did not come. Others that
I did not expect did come. An old and close friend of mine, who usually
turns up very late at night when everybody is about to leave, was this
time the first to arrive. He had been thinking for days about the
barbeque. He had figured a way how to light it without using toxins. He
had figured ways of having everybody eat at the same time and he got to
work right away. And he was amazing!!!
Really suddenly showing a side of himself I had never seen of him, and
he was enjoying himself fully.
And then things that ppl brought, all matched together so well. And
things happened like that someone asked for bread and there wasn't any.
The next minute a person walks in with a load of bread :-)
One of the first ppl to arrive brought caspagio soup. There were
exactely enough salads. There was meat and fish and vegan burgers, all
just in the right amount.
Hein made an apple pie of buckwheat flower, with baking soda and
fructose in stead of sugar. That me and other ppl on difficult diets
could all eat.And another friend brought the creamy cakes...
So it all came together and was flowing from the beginning to the end.

When I first started to organize things for Shambhala, many years ago, I
felt a need to keep an overview and work out every little detail. I
always experienced how ppl seldom keep there appointments and everything
always went differently than planned. But... things have a way of coming
together in their own way. and organizing is a matter of letting go,
making space so that sponteneity can happen.
I like to work with this unpredictable enery.

Here Lungta is raised, as it is called in Tibetan. Translated:
windhores. It is a flowing, moving energy that you can ride; you can
learn to stay in saddle, while it happens. It is the energy of
sponteneity, in which a lot of synchonisity can occur; a lot of
auspiciousness. It is the energy of inspiration, of joy. It inspires to
generosity, inventiveness and brilliance.
THIS is FreeFlow. And opening space in which this can happen, in which
this energy is gathered, generated and inspiration of ppl can create a
mutual purpose, is what I naturally do... or let happen.

You know.... there are a whole lot of ppl who have a lot to give and
want to give a lot, but just not in a fixed way from 9 to 5 and drawing
agendas kind of way.
That's what I like to gather, work with and put to a purpose.
That is what FreeFlow is about.

Love,
Desi
