Hi friends,

I'm now in the Linux departement of my computer, taking my first
explorations into Mandrake 10.0, which I can see from here is a
WONDERFUL program and a big improvement on the 9.1 version that I had.

I downloaded Curl from a link that Friedger sent me of a download of
Curl for Linux. Download and install were successful according to the
messages I get.
Yet when I go to:
http://km0330.keymachine.de/friedger/curlchat/start-chat.curl?user=desi
I don't get the chat window :(

I get:

>{curl 3.0 applet}
>
>{applet resync-as-of = {utc-date-time "2004-06-18"}}
>
>{import * from CURL.LANGUAGE.REGEXP}
>
>{let this-applet:Applet = {get-the-applet}}
>
>{let query:String = this-applet.url.query}
>
>{let user:String = ""}
>
etc.

And I was already getting hopeful that I could join Curlchat from Linux
tomorrow....
Ah...well, these things take time.
But if anyone has a suggestion on how to make it work....
It could be that some kind of connection still has to be made from the
program to the browser. (I found 2 browsers: Morzilla and Epiphany and
tried to open Curlchat in both)

Guess I will be with you from Windows as usual tomorrow, but it would be
nice if I found a way to fix it, wouldn't it.

Love,
Desi
