It did flow free.
We *did* it, but did not talk *about it* from a metalanguage perspective...
and that is ok... to *do* the flow without talking about doing it.

I really liked reading about your wrens, ts. Thanks for posting this one. And about not having the camera? Remember what i wrote about that face-to-face encounter with the blue heron? Same thing with mindfulness in the absence of cameras and technology.
